MystiConnect Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MystiConnect mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

MystiConnect App LLC (technology & platform)
MystiConnect Brand LLC (brand & content)
Both wholly owned by Mystic Holdings LLC
(collectively, “MystiConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use MystiConnect.

• By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

• We do not knowingly permit use by minors.

2. Scope of Services

MystiConnect provides:

• A wellness-oriented mobile and web platform

• AI-powered informational tools (including ANONOVA)

• Community features, content, and education

• E-commerce, subscriptions, and digital services

We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

3. NOT Medical Advice

MystiConnect is not a medical provider.

• Content, AI responses, and materials are informational and educational only

• Nothing on the Services constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice

• Do not rely on MystiConnect for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition

• Always consult a licensed professional before making health decisions

You use the Services at your own risk.

4. AI & Automation Disclosures

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or speculative

• AI responses do not replace professional judgment

• You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use AI-generated content

• We do not guarantee AI accuracy, availability, or suitability

5. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• You agree to provide accurate and current information

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse

6. User Content

You may submit content such as messages, posts, uploads, or media (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant MystiConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use such content for operation of the Services.

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to submit the content

• Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

We may remove content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All Services content — including software, AI systems, branding, designs, and media — is owned by or licensed to MystiConnect.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our IP

• Use our branding without written permission

• Attempt to extract or replicate AI systems or data

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Payments are processed through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe)

• We do not store full payment card data

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled

• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated by reference

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations

• Harass, exploit, or harm others

• Attempt unauthorized access or scraping

• Interfere with system integrity or security

• Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes

Violations may result in immediate termination.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools or platforms.

• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

• Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• You pose risk to the platform or users

• Required by law or safety concerns

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

• NON-INFRINGEMENT

• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MystiConnect shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill

• Reliance on AI or informational content

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MystiConnect from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your content or conduct

• Violation of these Terms or applicable law

15. Arbitration & Waiver of Jury Trial

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado under AAA rules.

• You waive the right to a jury trial

• No class actions permitted

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

• Changes take effect upon posting

• Continued use constitutes acceptance

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MystiConnect.
