MystiConnect Refund Policy

MystiConnect is operated by MystiConnect App LLC and MystiConnect Brand LLC, both wholly owned by Mystic Holdings LLC (collectively, “MystiConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made through MystiConnect, including subscriptions, digital products, and physical goods.

By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscriptions (App & Digital Services)

2.1 Subscription Charges

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as disclosed at purchase).

  • Charges are non-refundable once processed.

2.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

    • App Store / Google Play (if purchased through mobile)

    • Account settings (if purchased directly)

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

2.3 No Partial Refunds

  • We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time.

3. Digital Products & Content

All digital products, downloadable content, AI access, educational materials, and in-app features are final sale and non-refundable, unless required by law.

4. Physical Products (Supplements, Merchandise, etc.)

4.1 Eligibility

Physical products may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is returned in original condition

4.2 Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Perishable or consumable products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

4.3 Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide order details and photos if requested

We may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Issue a store credit

  • Issue a refund

6. App Store Purchases

If you purchased a subscription through:

  • Apple App Store → refunds are handled by Apple

  • Google Play Store → refunds are handled by Google

MystiConnect does not control app store refund decisions.

7. Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Loss of access to Services

  • Denial of future purchases

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

8. No Health Outcome Guarantees

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with wellness results

  • Lack of perceived benefit

  • Expectations of health outcomes

MystiConnect does not guarantee results.

9. Legal Compliance

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If local law requires a refund, we will comply.
